Survey and Design
Laser surveys capture out-of-plumb walls typical in Kiel Altbau flats alongside radiator and socket positions.
Two design revision rounds are included; further draughting is billed at 68 EUR per hour.
Aftercare
Seasonal movement may require hinge adjustment within twenty-four months of handover in heated interiors.
A complimentary twelve-month visit addresses runner tuning and minor settlement from building movement.
